I'm having difficulty accessing Speech Builder Express via Web CT. (I'd like to review it to see if I want to recommend it to my students.)
I see where it is referenced at the end of Chapter 16 but I can't see how to access "online resources" for that chapter.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing???

I don't think we have access to that program. You can check on the Cengage website, and there they have a book companion website you can login to for instructors. My understanding is that Speech Builder Express is an additional purchase, but I'll check into that today.
